Ducks are dynamic, level-changing movements that open up a whole new world of styling and connection. We’re taking that foundation and using it as a launchpad! Whether we are flowing into a sleek new pattern or setting up for a high-impact trick, you'll learn how to execute these transitions with absolute confidence and core control. What We Will Learn: In this 2-hour Intermediate+ workshop, we move past the basics to help you master these techniques with style and safety. We will focus on: 🦆 Dynamic Ducks: Master the mechanics of dropping into and springing out of ducks smoothly, ensuring you never lose your rhythm, balance, or connection. ✨ Accessible Tricks: Gravity-defying doesn't mean leaving the ground! We will break down step-by-step, safe entrances and exits for impressive, fully grounded tricks so they feel completely effortless for both leads and follows while maintaining constant floor contact. 😎 Cool Moves & Transitions: Not every duck has to end in a dramatic drop! You will also learn how to use these level changes to seamlessly flow into unexpected, stylish patterns on the social floor.
